Registration Fee

The registration will be completed once the registration fee has been paid.
The registration fee will be changed automatically after each rate period ends. Therefore, those who has registered during early bird rate period is needed to complete the payment by September 16, 2026 and those who has registered during regular rate period is needed to complete the payment by October 31, 2026.

All registration fees are subject to 7% VAT, which will be added to the net registration fee payable by the participant.

After clicking “Confirm Registration”, the payment method options will appear (you can return to this payment page via the link provided in the confirmation email after registration).

Please complete the payment within 7 days.
Your registration will be considered complete only after full payment has been received.

For bank transfer payments, after completing the transfer, please submit your payment notification online by clicking here.

📍Cancellation policy:

Participants who are unable to attend the congress are requested to email to notify the secretariat office (ohic2026bangkok@gmail.com). For the notification before September 15, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. The refunds requested after this date will not be possible. All refunds will be made one month after the congress (The transfer fee will be deducted from the full refund amount).
